Fully automated production lines are humming at the factory of CYZ, a coating technology company based in Zhongshan's Henglan Town. Freshly manufactured toolboxes and storage racks, stacked neatly for shipment, are bound for international markets such as Germany and Australia.

"Early January orders are already booked through May. January's exports alone surged 30% year-on-year, with longstanding clients urging for additional orders," said CYZ chairman Xiang Hongsheng.
In recent years, the company has invested over 10 million yuan in intelligent equipment upgrades, adding 12 units including CNC stamping machines and robotic welding systems. A further 1.5 million yuan was allocated to integrate database for production optimization. These efficiency gains boosted yield rates and slashed production cycles by 40%, enabling seamless handling of skyrocketing overseas demand.
From break-resistant, heat-conductive coatings to modular-designed multifunctional tool carts, CYZ consistently develops market-driven products, which now reach over 30 countries and regions worldwide, with 2025 exports up 40% to 150 million US dollars from a year earlier.
Initially a contract manufacturer for Huawei, Haier and others, CYZ later pivoted to build its own brand. Today, it boasts end-to-end capabilities spanning metal stamping, electrostatic powder coating and final assembly, with annual output exceeding 200 million yuan.
